Scholarship News:  Our first $100 scholarship was given to one high school senior in 1946.   Valley University Women has continuously offered scholarships to graduating high school seniors who will be attending college or university in California.  VUW members personally raised  funds for our scholarship program through an annual Fundraising Event, silent auctions, individual donations and through bequests. Our most recent bequest is from the estate of long-time member Vicki Manchester.
